Processing
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, unless the product falls under the category of having a 7-10 day processing time. Please be sure to note in the product description if your item has an extended processing time.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and additional emails once your order has shipped and been delivered.

Shipping (All Countries)
Customers are responsible for selecting their own shipping speed at checkout. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided at checkout.ย 


*Please note that we are not responsible for any courier delays, including due to poor weather and holidays. For international orders, we are also not responsible for any delays at customs, clearance fees, or tariffs.
*If your tracking information states your package was shipped and/or delivered and you have not received it, this must be handled with the courier. Sleek by Hailey INC., is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Returnsย 
We haveย a strict return policyย due to the importance of hygiene protectionย and quality protection of our hair.
To see if you're eligible for a return, email hello@sleekbyhailey.com with an explanation, including photos, of the product you purchased and your order number,ย within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund.ย 
To keep the integrity of our products, all products looking to be returned will be rigorously evaluated.
Hair cannot be returned if it has been used or tampered with in any way, and must be returned in its original packaging.
Tampering with the hairย includes, but not limited to:
-unravelingย the hairย 
-putting any type of product on the hair
-cutting or coloring the hair
-applying heat tools to the hair

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. Please send us an email at hello@sleekbyhailey.com for help with an exchange.
