Shipping (North America)
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and an additional email once your order has shipped.
For US orders, you can expect to receive your order within 2-8 business days once shipped.
For Canadian orders, you can expect to receive your order within 6-14 days once shipped.
*Please note that we are not responsible for courier delays due to poor weather and holidays. For international orders, we are also not responsible for any delays at customs. 
*If your tracking information states your package was shipped and/or delivered and you have not received it, that must be handled with the courier. Sleek by Hailey INC, is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We have a strict return policy due to the importance of hygiene protection and quality protection of our hair and accessories. To see if you're eligible for a return, email hello@sleekbyhailey.com with an explanation and photos of the product you purchased along with your order number.
*Hair cannot be returned or exchanged if it has been used or tampered with in any way.
*Accessories and ponytails are final sale. 
*We do not refund shipping and handling costs for returned items. The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Policy is strictly enforced.
We welcome product exchanges as we know finding the correct color and texture match can be challenging for some. Therefore, we do offer exchanges on orders for these purposes (ponytails, accessories and custom orders excluded). Please note that hair can only be exchanged if it has not been used or tampered with. To keep the integrity of our products, all products looking to be exchanged will be rigorously evaluated.
