I had purchased 24 inch straight wefts from Hailey a couple weeks ago and had received a bad batch “which happens” just like any other product. Hailey was attentive and so very kind to send me a new set of wefts THAT ARE FABULOUS! The hair is beautiful, soft, thick from root to ends.
